I'm so over physical CDs...I listen to everything on my iPod anyway, so why not just buy it through iTunes? It's cheaper...it was only $8.91 for the whole album... thebrowncoat Posted July 18, 2006 Report Share Posted July 18, 2006 The only advantage I can see to having the actual CD is the fact that the stuff I buy on iTunes is in AAC format with copy protection...so if Apple ever stops making iPods or I one day want to transfer them to some other portable music device, I could be screwed... And, I guess I'm losing some audio quality, but I don't have any stereo equipment good enough for me to notice, so I really don't care much about that...
