i like the video a lot now that i've watched it. it's pretty simple, really just performance, and i like that. and i agree that Kenny does look funny with the facial hair. BUT i realized how much better his hair is curly as opposed to how it was in the BOATS "era", ahaha, you know the long, straight style... didn't cut it for me. hahah but either way, i love the music. and i never realized until i read recent things about how BOATS didn't do all that well. i liked that CD a lot. can't wait for Direction.

hahah i dunno about her music-wise, but i've realized that Hilary Duff is not as bad (as in annoying/i just didn't like her for some reason) as i thought she was. anyway. Paramore Circa Survive NFG This Is Me Smiling (haven't really listened to them as much recently, but i do love them.)

MY MOM LOVES PARAMORE, TOO! my dad even likes them a lot, as do my brother and sister. so basically, my whole family loves Paramore. i haven't run into anyone yet who dislikes them. then again, i don't know all that many people or go many places, hahah.

how'd you incorporate the theme?? like in what aspects? decorations.. music, etc? and what did people think of it?

that's freaking amazing. i like the suddenness of how Zac just like popped up out of nowhere next to you. it made me laugh. and that's awesome that Josh just stayed out there talking to you. they're obviously just awesome people.

agreed. sometimes you have to take a rest and think about it. except sometimes it's almost better not to,although it depends on what feeling you're trying to get from it. because i know that sometimes when something happens that really inspires me (usually something that pisses me off, like something that happened earlier today), i have to just keep it flowing to make it genuine and really hit for that moment. but then a lot of times, i like to make it a little more ambiguous, so it'll apply to a lot of different situations. and to do that, i tend to use metaphors and all that, so i REALLY have to take rests to think and make it sound good. most of my reason for that would be to try to trick people, haha in case someone finds it sitting in my room or whatever. i'm not the sharing type.

what, like you'll get the tickets as a b-day gift? that's what happened with me for Warped. my b-day was mid-June but my warped date isn't until august! i was shocked that my mom wasn't completely opposed to it. and now she can't be opposed to this, because, i'm not going haha. i just hope she says yes to the concert i want to go to instead, because i'm sure it's cheaper. i hope you get to go! esp. for your b-day. it's nice not having to pay for a show for once.

i kinda wish i had a reason to have a vocal coach. because it would probably mean i was doing something that involved singing, and doing well at it because of a vocal coach... and i just think that would be awesome, despite the fact that i'm so darn shy. seriously, i think if i could do something like that and just ignore the fact that there were a buttload of people watching, i would just go all out. hahah. but anyway, yeah she's definitely had a vocal coach. and i swear i just read an interview or something where they mentioned that she flew her vocal coach out to the studio when they were recording so she could do her absolute best. i think that's pretty snazzy.

general public sale is Friday, yeah. i figured out that i'm not gonna be going to the Philly date. i'd really like to, but today i talked to my friend who i would have gone with and she told me that Ace Enders (former TEN [RIP, boohoo]) is doing a solo show in August that she'd rather go to and i was like "what the hell, sounds good to me" and it'll be relatively small. tickets for that go on sale friday, too, and she can't afford to buy tickets for both, so we're just gonna go to the Ace Enders solo show! haha. so everyone, when SWG rolls around, have fun, enjoy, and come back to this thread and spill the beans and the pictures. and i'm sure i'll be able to find vids on Youtube and all that.

i agree that you should definitely write it out. well, maybe.. if it would help you. because i know it helps me. even though i don't write straightforward. as long as i know what i'm addressing specifically it always works. usually, the stuff that i get bothered over comes back up a lot, but writing always works for me. and the blasting music also helps. just turn it up real loud and sing/scream your lungs out.
