If I were you I'd try and find a voice coach. SLS is THE BOMB fo real. You can find one at speechlevelsinging.com. I'd say a level 4 or 5 will be your best bet, they're going to have a lot more knowledge as they've been doing it a lot longer. I love my voice coach more than I can say, honestly she's incredible and I feel so blessed to have found her. Also, the Brett Manning stuff is great. If you can get his DVDs do that for sure. I'm planning on going to Nashville next year on spring break to do one of the artist development weeks with him, I just have to get it all figured out!

Ugh, it crossed the line. This last post must have been the final straw. But I know there had been at least one secret about their personal lives in every single post. That's taking it too far. MusicSecret was a GREAT community, and after just being trashed with spam they shut down and all these individual band comms popped up, and while it's a good concept, most of the stuff that is posted is trash.

TBH I think you guys should be more concerned with the effects smoking will have on your body in the long run.

I got my Thayer's slippery elm lozenges and they're AWESOME. Also I bought some Traditional Medicinals Organic Throat Coat tea, it's an all natural herb tea and it's meant for when you sick (which sadly I currently am) and it's great. It made my throat feel way better and it's got a nice taste to it, it's a little spicy. This woman in the aisle at whole foods told me her best friend is a singer and loves it, which is why I got it bc I've been sick lately.
