well, the designs are printed on american apparel shirts so if you go here: http://store.americanapparel.net/sizing.html it should tell you the exact size you need. (: & I know they were selling that shirt at warped; it's not on the store online though. I'm guessing they'll put it up sometime unless it was exclusively sold at warped tour. :/ (I hope that's not the case)
