Hmm Calico uses one of my animations as her avater and it works fine. No matter how much smaller I make this one, I can't get it to work? Does anyone else here know how to fix this?

(doesn't have to be a paramore one) edit: If anyone would like to request, 1 let me know how big the ani is supposed to be, 2 does it has to work as a ava on this forum?(then I make the ani under 293 kb's) It saves us both time if you let me know those 2 things =)
