They like to spit out their anger out loudly, but I don't, so that worked for my advantage. I kept my cool and told them what I think (with a normal volume) and eventually they stopped shouting as well and we could settle things out rationally, like adults. Sometimes when they feel like fighting with me, I think of them as trolls on a message board (pathetic, I know) and ignore their shouts and talk to them normally. That usually works and they give up.
