I think my pretty poor diet contributed to my horribly bad anxiety last year.

Apart from eating a good breakfast, most of what I ate was junk food, pizza for dinner all the time, just heaps of processed shit, and combined with no exercise, didn't exactly do me any good.

 

I started eating a lot of fruit lately, and holy shit, it actually makes a real difference. I don't feel as exhausted any where near as much anymore
