OK so since quite a few people have said they are interested in doing this, here goes.

im going to post the 1st week plan tomorrow / tonight.

its not going to focus on anything particular for now, infact mostly cardio and muscular endurance, as i doubt many of you have suitable facilities and equipment for muscular strength training.

what i need is for everyone who is doing it to sign up in here, and ill list it on this post. and everyone who is signed up i want you to post feedback on the sessions, as in, could you not manage this many reps? was this too easy? etc etc. and i need you to be committed so if you arent going to give 100% dont put your name on cause you are wasting mine and your time.

thanks.

and can people not participating try not to post in here, id rather it wasnt too clogged up.

Participants:

catie

hannah?

louise

kiersten

james...i guess.

OK HERE IS THE FIRST WEEKS WORTH!

full session, you will need like 20 - 30 metres space, if you cant do that, your sprints is 30 seconds sprinting on the spot.

ok make sure you warm up, raise heart rate with a bit of jogging, and do your stretches etc, im sure i dont have to explain that bit to detail with you guys.

what your going to do is one exercise, and then 2 sprints that is to the end of your 20 - 30 metres and back, then again.

20 press ups (no such thing as girls press ups, everyone does them properly)

2 sprints

50 situps

2 sprints

30 russian twists

2 sprints

30 seconds in the bridge / the plank

2 sprints

50 alternate V-sits

2 sprints

15 seal press ups

2 sprints

30 seconds in a leg raise

30 crunchies

REST

now repeat it. and your done.

do the above one day then the jog the other, alternate them, the jog is your REST DAY.

Light Jog 30 mins (this is your rest days worth of exercise, its only supposed to be light) if you can feel you can do more, DO IT.

i need feedback for this to work, tell me if something is too hard, or you find something easy etc etc, or if you dont know how to do something, so i can help.

hey this could be fun. i do gymnastics so i'm pretty much training all the time anyway :hyper:

do you really need to then? not being mean but id rather do it only for people who need it more cause it could get a bit hectic a few weeks in when im designing a personal training programme for each person every week.

oh i misunderstood  i thought it was one plan for everyone and you just followed it and gave feedback then worked on next week's based on that. if you were planning on doing a programme for everyone and there are lots of people then don't worry about me.

i was going to do it alongside my normal gym workouts.
