right im doing it :)

 

i found the press-ups really hard and that was only the beginning! tbh i think its just cos i really suck at them.. but I managed it.

 

i did the sit-ups in 2 sets of 25 with a minute walk in between, again cos i usually do them in blocks of 25 before i start to find it really hard.

 

i wasn't sure what the v-sits were, but i did them like mini-situps.

 

im only half way through it. i just realised you say at the end "and repeat" :uhh:

Alt v sits, lay on your back with your arms up into a point, like diving. then what you gotta do is keep your back straight and lift one leg to meet your hands above you, so you like do a situp but keep your arms straight, until you make a big V, then do the other leg, and it counts as 1

 

seals will probs require pics or video.
