The only song they would have a semi-legitimate claim on would be Homecoming. I'm sure I read somewhere that Beckett wrote that for Fast Times. Both albums shared the same producers (Katz and Hollander) and share the same label (Decaydance). If it was a straight lift, per se, then Cassadee's name wouldn't have been given writing credits for the song. Long story short, people are morons.
