If you download audacity you can record whatever sound i playing on your computer, so you'd be able to record and save it as high quality. they only save as .wav (or .mp3 if you get the encoder), but it's pretty easy to find things to convert it to mp4.

...sounds rather more complicated than it is, but ehh.

 

oh, audacity doesn't seem to want to work properly on Vista, which is annoying but alas. so yeah, if you have Windows Vista, ignore more.
