hmmm. i took a quiz in Anatomy. beasted that chumpy. i really wanna know if PSATs really ARE required when you're a junior, like all my friends are saying. because i really don't wanna take them. i just wanna take the SAT in december and get it over with. mehhhh.

.. i was going to my brother's football game with my dad MUCH earlier in the day today and we stopped in a store to get stuff for tailgating, and we were at the self check-out, and one of the... geez i dunno what to call them.. you know where you put a quarter (or multiple quarters) in and you get one of the things that's in the.. thing..ahahah. but anyway, i saw one of those nearby and it had like fake "bling" in it. it made me think of Zac/that picture. you have no idea how tempted i was to ask my dad for a quarter. hahah.

does anyone like them? at all? i don't think this is a repeat thread, because i searched and didn't see a thread for them... so uhh yeah. actually i only saw one POST total that mentioned them, and that was barely. i pretty much love them. i listened to a little of their stuff this past december because they were going to open for TSL at a holiday show in philly, and i enjoyed them at the show so i listened some more. and then i eventually went and bought the CD Wide Eyed. i got the re-release of The Great Compromise when it came out, too. so yeah. who here likes them? P.S.: this is the first time i've started a thread. and it makes me feel kinda weird. ahahha.

yo yoooo. i saw them back in February when they were opening for The Academy Is... (with Panic! and Acceptance). during HGB's set, it did get a little rough (although it could have also been the excitement of the other bands' fans? haha). and there was some dude in front of me whose butt was basically implanted into my stomach. but i made it out alive. i don't remember it getting too bad, though. it helps if you move around (dance, jump, whatever). hahah.

i forgot what the prefix "meta-" meant when i was taking my Anatomy quiz today. aaaand i got shot down by a teacher saying i couldn't switch to her class. okay i understand your class is overfilled, but it's by ONE PERSON. so either i put up with a slow, ridiculously boring and in no way challenging class, or i switch it to an elective, i suppose, and take AP american civics and government next year. grrrrr. FRUSTRATION.

oh yeah my friend told me about that date not being there. she said on their myspace the Philly date is Dec. 2nd now, i think. but yeah both shows should be ON for me, because my dad is cool with both, it just depends on convincing my mom. she's weird about me going to shows "too often".

duuude. sweet pictures. i LOVE the ones of hunter. he's adorable. haha. i didn't get any pics of him when i saw them last month because i would've had to like turn my whole body around to get a good view of him. *pout* but i still met him and he was aweeeesome.

i'm probably gonna see them next month with June and again in December with THS and This Is Me Smiling (who are GREAT! i wonder if there's a thread on here for them yet...). as long as my mom doesn't decide to flip a crap over me going to 'too many' shows. my dad is the one who's cool about it. but yeah, i want to show some TP love.

yeah the first (and most recent) time i went there was in May. i went with my friend to see Bayside as her b-day gift. it is teeny tiny. and yeah i got really sweaty and that was just in may. but it should be cool out in October, so it shouldn't be bad. i love the fact that the place actually serves as a day-care during the day and they have an ABC rug on the stage. hahah. so yeah my friend and i are just like WE ARE GOING. like my parents can't tell me no. hahah. i mean, it's on a saturday! no worries.

^ This Providence are coming to Philly on October 14th (a Saturday.. yayyy!) at the First Unitarian Church with June.. and a couple other bands... Park and... Tyler Read, whoever that is. it's on June's myspace and website. my friend texted me about it last night after i got out of work. hahah. we're planning on going. June's website says tickets are $10/$12, i guess $10 if you get them beforehand and $12 at the door. anyway.. This Providence are amazing and i didn't pre-order the cd, but i'm definitely getting it next week.

i don't remember the hair color of the people who were around me..ahhahah. i just remember i was basically at the barrier a little to the right of hayley, i think, and i was going insane. a picture of me [with Josh!!] from later that night: *NB: during the show i was wearing a different shirt (my lovely red tanktop with dangly thingies on it, although i removed most of them because they were annoying), which is actually under this other one, ahhah. also, please excuse my grossness. he was so nice.

ANYWAY, about the LJ post.. yeah i got out of work today and my friend had just texted me so i called her and she told me about it. so then i got home and read it and when i read the last part, i was like EEEEEE. i thought that 'shout-out'/message to the mods was awesome, and it made me smile. seriously. this website is pretty much the greatest thing EVER! it's basically the only thing i check daily other than my e-mail.
