Let's Talk About How Awesome Taylor Is Live
Salinas replied to Doomguy13's topic in The Taylor Forum
Completely. I couldn't imagine Paramore without him. -
Has anyone seen the trailer (or the full film) for ARTIFACT yet? - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xgz-5vIo_4 I'm looking forward to seeing this when it comes out. Cool! I can't believe that the UK tour is over already though! It goes so show how small the UK as a whole is in comparison to the US. Bands tour the US for months and spend only one month in the whole of the UK.

It's shame that they fell out. They wrote great music together. I am still a Paramore fan though and I really like the new album. I wonder if it time they'll reconcile (as friends, not in a relationship).

Did you see them at the O2 on the 23rd November? I was there too! Amazing night.

The Teen Choice awards was last month, maybe that's what you're thinking of? I'll be voting.

Some people only see Hayley when they look at Paramore. It's sad, but it's true in some cases. There's nothing that we or Hayley, Taylor and Jeremy can do about it, sadly. It seems that Hayley tried her hardest in interviews to point out that they were a band, and that there were 4/5/3 of them with little success. It's not her fault, she tried. It's an unfortunate fact that the front woman/man will always get the most attention, it's a fact that should be immediately addressed when you form a band. It's not fair, but it's the way that it is. The media has a lot to answer for where this is concerned. No Doubt had the same issue, so did Guns n Roses and countless other bands over the years.

I attempted a vegetarian diet last year. I managed it for 6 months. I didn't think that I would last that long. I admire people who can cut out meat and (if they go the step further and become a vegan) cut out dairy products.

I was expecting to see them performing "Daydreaming" but then I remembered that it is a UK single. I'm happy to see them performing "Still Into You" if it means that they are on my TV screen (or laptop screen, seeing as I don't think that the Queen Latifah Show is shown in the UK!). "Still Into You" has to be their biggest hit now, right? Or is that still "Misery Business"?

My tickets have been dispatched. Looking forward to them arriving. It's all starting to feel real now. I can't wait to see them live. Here is the new video for City Of Angels. - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ntlt2tKi4do It's a short film (11 minutes long) directed by Jared Leto. I've watched it twice. I love it! The video features people such as Kanye West, Lindsay Lohen, Ashley Olson, Olivia Wilde and Corey Feldman talking about how they came to be in L.A and what the city has done for them both personally and professionally.

How bizarre...I searched for a thread for this band before creating another one and nothing came up. Oh well, if anyone can close the thread that I started last week then feel free to and we'll continue to use this one instead. I'm still waiting for my tickets for their UK tour to arrive. As far as I know SeeTickets haven't received them to send out yet.

Salinas replied to xBazingaDudex's topic in General Band Discussion
Aww they look so young! It's amazing to see how much they've grown since then -
Quoted only to add the following: Paramore (x3 - London O2 Arena, 2010, London Wembley Arena 2013 x2) Eliza And The Bear (x2 with Paramore at Wembley, 2013) Charli XCX (x2 with Paramore at Wembley, 2013) Laura Marling (Shepherd's Bush Empire, London, 2013) Nick Mulvey (Supporting Laura Marling in London 2013) The Wanted (supporting the Saturdays in 2010)

I'm sure they are her tour trousers. It's brilliant that she's getting involved in this. Anything that raises awareness and funds for charity is a good thing.

I was stood next to a girl who didn't like the new album. I did explain to her briefly that this was a tour of that album specifically. People are entitled to their opinions of course but she was quite moody about the fact that everyone around her (at the barrier) wanted to jump around and have fun.

I love that lip colour.

Ain't It Done? - Hayley on the "Ain't It Fun" Music Video
Salinas replied to Caitlyn's topic in General Band Discussion
Ahh right. I'm glad that they stuck to their guns and pulled the video. I wonder what happened? I'm looking forward to seeing a video for Daydreaming and (eventually) a video for Ain't It Fun. I wonder if the unreleased version will ever surface on the 'net? -
I did a search and couldn't find a thread for this band so I thought that I'd create one. Anyone else a fan? I'm seeing them on their UK tour in November. Anybody else going or have seen them before? I've been listening to the new album a lot lately because I wanna know it all by the time that I see them. Favourite album(s), song(s), live moment(s), photo(s) etc can be posted here.
-
They did? On no that's one of my favourite songs from the album. I was hoping to see that live. Oh well I'm sure I'll enjoy it regardless. It's tonight and tomorrow! I can't wait!!!! Hopefully I'll see some of you there.
