Order! It's totally worth it and don't shy away from Jamie, he's a very endearing and sincere person and you'll be very happy to have spoken with him. I think of him as like a brother-type. (btw, Deon was wearing a Deon, haha. I ordered one today.)

Yea I did. It's the 2nd time I've talked to him, and he kind of knows me by now lol. I talked to him about a month ago after the Between the Trees show, and the guys introduced me to him and told him I was the creator of the Between the Trees wallpaper he was using (they were all using it haha). He was really happy last night. So many people came out to the show with their TWLOHA shirts on.

That show was ridiculously fun. I don't know how I managed to gather the energy to drive home haha. Jonezetta was nice. I never really listened to them much but I think I'll listen a little now. I'm not really into Bayside so their set didn't appeal to me that much, but the crowd was digging it. A couple got engaged on stage in between songs during their set. Sweet! Anberlin's set was probably the best single set I've ever been to, and I've seen dozens upon dozens. It started off with A Whisper & A Clamour and the place went nuts. I have videos of these that I'll upload and have up in a day or two. They played a mix of songs from Cities and NTFP, and one song, Readyfuels, off their first album. They played Unwinding Cable Car with 2 acoustics. Brilliant song I think they ended with Godspeed, and then encored with *fin. (Amazinggg!) Unfortunately, the Firestone crew kicked us all out so we couldn't hang with the bands after the show (the venue is actually a sweet night club, so they needed us out of there by 10pm, and the show ended at like 10:30). I did somehow manage to get video of almost all of their set, but I can tell you they're really crappy because I was getting destroyed in the middle of that crowd , but the audio should be excellent. After they finished, Jamie from TWLOHA asked everyone wearing TWLOHA shirts to gather around him for a group pic. I'm somewhere in the front of that pic Hope to see it up on their myspace soooon. So Rachna, sorry I wasn't able to talk to Nate, and I also wanted to talk to Stephen about Anchor & Braille, but I guess I'll have to wait for another show in a smaller venue. Okay, I think I need a shower.

Haha, I didn't think of that BLG was great, they didn't hang around too much though, which was a bummer. I have videos on them too that I'll post in the BLG thread, too.

I just got back from the Cobra Starship and Boys Like Girls show and I must say, even though I haven't listened to CS that much, that had to have been the most fun and energetic live performance I've ever been to. I'll post vids from that show soon. Has anyone else been to a CS show? or Midtown even? Gabe is a blast to hang out with. This group of girls, around 15 years old, had to go home because one of their mothers looked up CS's lyrics and showed them to the other girls' mothers, and so I think Gabe recorded a video message on her phone for her mom, saying his lyrics are only half-joking haha. I was talking to Gabe's mom Kathy before the show too, and she got me in for free since the guest list had her listed with +1 for a guest, which was sweet! Anyway, I'll post the vids again later and talk a little more about those. But if you see a CS show and you like the high energy type atmosphere, I highly, highly highly recommend checking them out!

btw, Faking My Own Suicide was actually written by Matthew Thiessen & the Earthquakes (lead singers side project), but he re-recorded it for Five Score, which I am happy about I have some of MT & the Earthquakes stuff, does anyone have more? I feel like he's a bit more personal with his songwriting in his side-project, which I like. edit: I can't wait to see them with Sherwood and Mae in May, all with new albums out! woo.

I kind of miss going to school. Call me crazy. Then again, look at my sig and tell me I'm not.

I'm actually looking for another job at a screen printing press Hopefully I can get some of my own designs pressed. And I guess I could make an Anberlin one haha. Always looking to make new ones like this, I kind of have fun with the style. Thanks again for the comments everyone
