Booking agent takes 5-10% of show Manager takes 15% (on avg) of TOTAL (typically annual) revenue. Part of that eligible cash is show dollas. The Label takes varying percentages on almost everything UNTIL they've paid off their advance (money they got to produce a record; which the band uses to pay for studio time and get to pocket whatever's left over. This doesnt count towards the managers 15%). After then throwing in all the misc jobbers that make a show happen, the band doesn't see much of it.

Thanks! yea we played an old one off the EP (efflorescent) + an unrecorded song that we do live. But yea, we upload as much live stuff as we can. We sorta stopped self recording since I keep forgetting my camera and we play so much I just dont wanna lose it. =/ If anyones around come see us at House of Blues Anaheim in downtown disney this Tuesday or @ DJRossstar's show this friday in thousand oaks at the dome. after that we'll probably be in the studio finishing the rest of our new ep! =) <3 u guys t

Did DJ Rossstar's show this past thursday. Was awesome, hes such a cool dude. You Me and Everyone We Know called in. Guy was sort of a douche. This sort of reminds me of the ep songs for some reason. Instrumental is good, josh writes catchy stuff. Melody as a whole though isnt really sticking for me. Although Hayley pretty much can make anything sound good cause her voice is so appealing. Butttt... I was hoping for something a little better.
