^ I love "Lessons" really shows how talented Meg is.
  2. I think someone that has very unlimited musical tastes would have loved Blink even more as they released their albums. They seemed to mature as they went on and their style changed but they pulled it off very well. Dude Ranch was their best album, it was very fun and the best summer album ever (in my opinion), but the self-titled was their best written and really had emotion in it. Not to get too off topic, but I do like AVA, I just feel Tom over hypes his music too much. The best thing since U2 was kind of over the top. The dancing he does isnt gay, he just seizes the moment. Imagine being on stage, playing that inspirational music, hearing the fans cheer......you would have a smile on your face, embrace it and prolly start spinning around and dancing.
  3. Well last time I met them (right before So Jealous came out) I was a fool and asked very insecurely "So who is who?" Since than I have noticed the differences (jaw lines, eyes, tattoos, speech patterns, etc.)
  4. ^ if thats true, I will have to rely on tattoos now to tell them apart.
  5. ^ I agree, but could u imagine Christopher Walken's speeches?
  6. I was sifting through the forums and didnt find this, but: T&S were in Under The Radar magazine (the Summer 2007 issue) and they had a really in depth interview with them. Talks a lot about their childhood and their sexuality. Their mom is really cool for being supportive of them, and raising them to be the awesome Wonder Quins we know them as now. Slap me if this was already posted......and why the heck cant any chicks like this good music around where I live? I go out and try to meet my potential future wife and I talk a lot about music and yeah.....im usually walking away after two minutes. Also, its almost 6am and im still up. I need a life EDIT: Click here for the scans of the magazine. Thanks to the 2nd best forum in the world
  7. I used to be Republican, but now have no affiliation. Voted Bush in 2000, and didnt vote in 2004 for lack of any good candidates. I think we are in dire need of a major overhaul. I dont think Democrats or Republicans can save us. We need a charismatic actor/actress or entertainer to run things. Any nominations? Obviously lets stay within the rules set for a presidential candidate. I dont want to see "Hayley Williams for President" 1. Christopher Walken 2. Kelsey Grammer 3. Oprah Winfrey Perhaps this thread will be lame, either way lets try it out, and if it sucks the mods can shut it down.....or Big Brother
  8. I used to have tons of trouble telling them apart but now I just look for Tegan's crazy eye (not to hate on people with ptosis)
  9. --Sorry I have a different post here that was harsh towards a bunch of AVA fans-- Now I have had a chance to hear the entire new album and will say it is as good if not better than their first one. Current Fave Albums: 1. Thrice - Alchemy Index (This is incredible. Not exactly two discs, but 6 songs a piece) 2. Coheed & Cambria - No World For Tomorrow (Their best album, and it ROCKS) 3. Paramore - Riot (An amazing sophomore release) 4. Flyleaf - Flyleaf Re-Release (Great album with acoustic performances) 6. Tegan & Sara - The Con (They keep changing and getting better)
  10. This needs a huge bump. Their new album comes out in three weeks and some of the songs are incredible. You must check them out if you havent already and go download "The Hound (Of Blood & Rank)"

I love the birthday song on their myspace. Happy late bday!!!
  13. I love AVA and everything Tom delonge has his name on, but I do not believe this album will be as good as their first one. Will still rock though.
  14. Im obviously not a chick but I am amazed that you guys are pretty good at finding where this stuff is on sale. I also dont mind the Hayley clones I have been seeing around my town. She has a good sense of style and I love it. Ohh yeah, and im finally back on the forums for the first time in months.
  15. Blake used to be on Salute Your Shorts. For some of you young ones, it was an awesomely funny show on Nickeloden back in the 90s.
  16. Also, The Dresden Dolls. They are incredible
  17. In This Moment, and Walls Of Jericho
  18. When I used to work at Old Navy all I heard was "RUBY RUBY RUBY RUBY!!!!"
  19. I believe this topic is asking how many sold the second week. I have been looking but have no idea.
  20. Someone just needs a soundcard with auxillary jacks on it. You can just plug it into the PC and rip it using sound recorder program. Its quite easy.....well if u have the sound card. I think a lot of you should and dont even know it. You might only have one audio jack if that is the case u can just rip the left channel, duplicate it and copy it into the right channel.
  21. I read one of those too, but I think it was about how they would work at a coffee house if they werent in the band. Either way go for the giftcards. Everyone loves the 'Bucks.
  22. I totally heart these videos. Thanks again for bumping this up cuz I havent seen em in a while
  23. Somebody over on the Paramore Music livejournal posted some pics of some a few days back that look promising. We will just have to wait and see how they turn out.
  24. And before we know it Warped Tour will be upon us. Paramore FTW!!!
