Are you looking for a camera or a video camera? They might catch you with a video camera, since you'd have it just sitting there facing the stage, but as far as cameras go, I really like Canons. I love it. You can see how good it is here... http://www.youtube.com/user/jasmine84#g/u (the Hanson videos from Chicago) I was on a balcony for that show and stayed there, so the ones right in on them are the 15x optical zoom. No mine's definitely not small enough to smuggle. But you're allowed point & shoot cameras at Bamboozle, right? To Saturday! Guessing you have the newest model? Did not know they made it so you can zoom in videos. I have an older model So whats the best point and shoot camera then? All preference: Sony Cybershot Canon Powershot Panasonic Lumix ZMC are really nice. But of all the cameras being mentioned , are they small enough to "smuggle" in? I don't wear a bra...
