I don't get why they let her wear stuff like that if she's underage. People like Perez thrive on "wardrobe malfunctions" and nip slips. They're just giving him ammo to shoot their careers with, imo. it's totally true what you're saying. she was just asking for something like this to happen. I don't really feel sorry for Miley either. I mean, how old is the girl? And she lived with her like 24 year old boyfriend.
