It's supposed to have a candy/photoshopped kinda feel to it. I'm not a big fan of it though. The fake cover was much better IMO. musicjunkie88 Posted March 27, 2009 Report Share Posted March 27, 2009 i've fallen in love with her stuff all over again. hadnt listened to her properly since i was about thirteen since 'my life would suck..' appeared. i like her new album, but its nothing on 'breakaway'. the only thing that bugs me a little about her is that all her songs have pretty much the same theme/meaning. her version of 'long shot' puts katy perrys to shame, lol. Yeah the new album is great! Aye, agreed, her songs do have the same kinda theme don't they lol. Although, this time it's not about her hating on guys, lol. eefie Posted March 27, 2009 Report Share Posted March 27, 2009 idk tbh i think its more my music taste has changed alot in the last 2 years or so and i LOVED my december, cause it had alot more rock, and those raw edgy lyrics were still there it is a brilliant album, and i can appreciate that but its just a bit too pop for me but i still think its alright! lilley_1 Posted April 19, 2009 Report Share Posted April 19, 2009 ^ thought it wasn't supposed to be up till tomorrow hmmm. this video is not that great as its a very 12 year old interpretation of the song. it'll make her the next miley cyrus but at the cost of some of her long-time fans. the guy should've been coming onto to her and have her rejecting him (as she doesn't hook up) instead of her imagining being a party girl. The imagining of being a party girl and saying oh no i don't hook up doesn't really make much sense to me as the guys in the video weren't even really coming onto her.As for the performance section her top and makeup are hideous. it seems like they are trying to get a SUBG feel and its not working at all. Kelly really dropped the ball (or the target age) on this one. The song is ok and was starting to grow on me but the video ruins it for me.
