hahah i had to copy the url for that pic, but that's hilarious. i've ALWAYS wanted a snow storm for my birthday. not. oh man i just realized what i have to do. felix dies natalis tibi felix dies natalis tibi felix dies natalis, carus Taylor felix dies natalis tibi. happy birthday to Taylor! and according to the interview he had with himself (Paramore Being Crazy 4 Ep. 3), he's turning 18 today. to quote him directly, "because seven's a good number. my birthday is December 17th, 1989. . . oh, okay, anyways..."

ughh. when the presidential election rolls around, i'm only voting if there's a candidate that i actually agree with/STRONGLY support. i would rather not choose a "lesser of two evils." yuck. as of right now, i don't really know much about any of the candidates. and i feel like i really need to get on that. actually, i'd much rather be paying attention to that than doing college apps right now.

duuude where's the taylor love lately? someone mentioned this before either on here or on the LJ community, but i figured i would say that i saw the movie "Awake" earlier "today" (Sunday), and there were some parts where i realized how much Taylor looks like Hayden Christensen. FREAKY. btw, don't ever see that movie. unless it's free. it might be worth seeing to get some laughs out of how bad it is.

heavier stuff would be great. and i want to hear more screaming from Josh! i remembered earlier about the one video on youtube of him screaming on a My American Heart song, and went searching for it. it was intense. i mean, i definitely wouldn't want a ton of screaming on a Paramore record, but little bits here and there would be nice.

hahahah yeah. i mean, i personally don't take it too terribly, i can deal with it . . . but the fact that my dad was there did not lend itself well to that kind of language. haha. i was actually kind of hoping that my dad wouldn't be able to go because i was expecting that from kenny. and actually i saw +44 with Fall Out Boy back in June, and my dad was there too (that time because my friend couldn't go and my brother flaked out), and Mark definitely was digging the profanity. my dad wasn't too pleased with that, either. hahahah. the bad language really only ticks me off when my family uses it, 'cause it's getting more frequent lately even though my parents have always been with the "it's bad to curse" thing. and i try not to use bad language, so when my brother and sister do it freely i'm like AAAAA

ouuuch. when i was closest i was like 5 people back i think or maybe a little closer at some point during paramore's set. everybody just started going INSANE when they started. i moved around so much. it was such a great time. i'm ticked, though, 'cause there's gum stuck to the bottom of the jeans that i wore that night. i'm gonna have to try so hard to get it off. it's disgusting.

Alex, i think? i definitely saw him over between the front doors and the merch taking pictures with people when i was leaving. i didn't get to meet anyone, 'cause i didn't want to be out late (plus my dad would have been ticked), what with school today and all that. although i realized once i got to school that i should have just stayed home. my voice is kinda hoarse and my throat is all sore. it was sore like, 2 or 3 nights ago and then went away but all the screaming and singing exacerbated the problem. yeah i did just use that word. and my neck is killing me 'cause i have to be short. although there were a few people near me who were a bunch shorter. but it was definitely one of the best shows i've ever seen. Paramore was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed The Almost and The Starting Line. is there ANYONE on here that went to this show who could show some love for TSL? hahah. the thing that ticks me off about them is Kenny's language. potty mouth, hah. i was surprised he didn't change the one line in "Ready" when they played it. I'm not about to say what he usually changes it to, but the line he typically changes is "not for the critics holding their ears." "ears" is what he changes. *ahem* ANYWAY. basically it was the best night of my life so far. my friend got meet and greet and got something signed for me. i am forever indebted to her.

is anyone alive? IT'S TOMORROW, PEOPLE! now excuse me so i can go dilute the excitement with Calculus homework. booooo

arrrgh. i just found out Anthony is playing at First Unitarian on Dec. 30, but only as support for Envy on the Coast, and The Dear Hunter is playing as well!!!! it's so exciting, but i don't think i'll be going.

i'm quite excited about having this lineup at the philly show. i'm really wondering if The Almost will play I Mostly Copy Other People . . . mostly because if they did, it would be sweet for Kenny to come out with them on that song, since he did guest vocals on it.

quite frankly, i'm upset. no love for TSL here? hahahah kidding. but i happen to love TSL dearly. i actually got really excited a couple nights ago when i was in Texas and heard them on the radio. however, i'm not upset about this set list. nice mix of old and new.

i just got home from visiting TAMU (Texas A&M Univ.) and something about that place feels so wonderful. in a way i didn't want to leave. and now i'm like "wow maybe it really is my first choice." i'm really excited about it, maybe not yet obsessed, but very excited.

dang. some of you have so many lined up. i would never be able to bring myself to spend all that money in such a short amount of time. i haven't been to a concert since august when i saw Ace Enders, and i really wish i could see him when he's back in town with Steel Train, but i can't. also, i just found out that Men Women and Children are in town one day next weekend i think, but i'll be away anyway. even if i was here, it wouldn't happen. but ANYWAY, enough of my complaining. i'm really excited for the TSL/Paramore show on the 27th. Hopefully by then i'll have college stuff done for the most part, and life will be glorious.

getting colder. anyone wanna tell me how the weather is in texas? hahaha. i'm gonna be there a couple days next week. it's gonna be sweet.

awww the TAI show at the Electric Factory? i wish i was going. but it wouldn't be good because Friday i have my senior project presentation aaarjrjrargh. i just got really excited because my mom has one of the MSNBC-type channels on, and Greta von Susteren was on, and then all of a sudden i hear The Starting Line playing and i'm like what WHAAAAT. and then i look up and it's some commercial for hbo/cinemax, yaknow the movie channels, and yeah.. "What You Want" was playing. i was pleasantly surprised. it was really weird but cool. i have a half day of school tomorrow! yay!!! and i might go to the movies with my mom and/or a haunted house or something with a few friends. saweeeet.

my friend sent an e-mail to the fan-club asking about that, and they said anyone who is a minor can have a parent/guardian come in with them.

that's an awesome surprise. i'm going to this show as well, and my friend is going to the meet and greet. it's gonna be a great show.

as weird as it is for me to say. . . in the past couple months i've realized they aren't anywhere near as bad as i thought they were. i think i was just annoyed over the AOL Breakers thing (yeah really stupid), and from seeing them ALL OVER the Disney channel (heck yeah i watch the Disney channel). so yeah, they're not all that bad. actually pretty enjoyable.

college apps. ewwwwwwww.

i'm so excited, i got meet and greet! i came home from school yesterday but didn't take a nap (although i did go to bed early) and when i got on the computer, i just had a strange impulse to check the fan club website to see if any names were announced. and there were only two lists. then i visited the lj community, blahblah, refreshed the page a bunch and then BOOM! my friend and i freaked out for a good 10 minutes. i was honestly surprised. i would still be excited for the show if i didn't have m&g, because it's just gonna be amazing. TSL's new stuff is great,as well as their older music, and Paramore. . . well we all know they're awesome.

ahh i haven't posted in forever, but i'm so excited for this tour. going on Nov. 27 at the Electric Factory. so stoked. it'll be the first concert i've been to in a little less than 4 months. but it could be worse. it's just annoying because in addition to waiting for that, i have CRAP work to do. like Senior Project and college apps. yuck. oh, and SAT subject tests. yeah, awesome.

i'd be guessing she looks young, being 11. i mean, i've never been to an age limited show, but as everyone else was saying, that's a big difference and it's unlikely that it will go unnoticed. i don't know if school ids generally have graduating years on them... and i'm 17 and still don't have my permit! argh. i need to get on that.

eugghh. that shirt is terrible. all text is so boring, and when it's huge like that... wow. it just looks really sloppy, especially that O in the middle as someone already mentioned.

wow, i'm super late on finding this out 'cause i haven't been on the boards in a good while (dang school), but that's great. Hunter's a sweet dude. he seriously stood outside and had a legitimate like 5 minute conversation with me and my friend after a show last august.
