Itsgettingcloser Posted May 18, 2007 Report Share Posted May 18, 2007 when she talks at live shows, shes talking loudly and almost yelling so if you close your eyes and pretend youve never seen them before you might think it were a boy, but once she starts singing she sounds nothing like a boy or when shes talking regular. Girl singers often have very weak, floaty voices. To have your voice compared to a boys is normally considered a sign that you've got a lot of power and fundimental in your voice. And on some interview, I totally forgot; Hayley admitted that she sounded like a boy. I wasn't sure if she was talking about her talking or sing voice. armsliketowers Posted July 21, 2007 Report Share Posted July 21, 2007 my mom said "is that a girl?" but that's it & i do think she has a kind of deep speaking voice, but there's nothing wrong with that. it's cute & unique. i like it because i actually have a little bit of a deeper girl voice, and my singing voice is definitely deeper, although hers isn't. RIOT! sounds more feminine". i was like "O.o WHAAAT?!" it was funny, but i've always thought hayley sounds like a girl...because she is one, obvi.
