lavina15 Posted November 29, 2007 Report Share Posted November 29, 2007 so whats herbal life? :S yeah what is that stuff? i live in the US and dont know. haha its like a weight loss thing.....for breakfast and dinner you drink aloe, tea and shake....that is basically all u need...and for lunch eat what u want...but they the pills like multivitamins, thermo bond(which helps to block fat) f or when u eat food.....calcium pills......lots of vitamins....and protein bars... i found about cause my friends sales it and has a club from her house.....and u can go every day for breakfast...and dinner for 3 dollars each meal....but i just buy it and make my stuff at home..... since ive started i quit eating meat and i haven't drank pop in 3 months...so yea..link: http://www.herbalife.com/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
