like just regular red pasta sauce.

fruits: bananas, apples (but i cant have much im allergic to raw apples), blueberries, watermelon

veggies: broccoli, spinach, corn, greenbeans, asparagus, cauliflower, and i think thats all

for the chicken my mom sometimes makes it with italian dressing or just cooking it up in butter(which prob isnt good)

for the steak, italian dressing, bbq sauce, or a1

 

and we have alto of yogurt in my house for snacks.

lately ive been having a cup for bfast

okay so the tomato sauce. if its like ragu or whatever, its 3 points for a half a cup (i get 25 points a day, idk your weight but i'd guess you get 24 points a day.)

if its like the crushed tomatoes, its zero points.

 

banana: one banana is 2 points

one small apple: 2 points. (my dads allergic to apples too, try washing off the coating on the outside. thats what he's allergic to)

blueberries: one cup is 1 point

watermelon: a 2" slice -or- one cup=1 point

 

broccili/spinich/coliflower/green beans/asparagus=zero points

corn: 2 points for a cup, 1 point for an ear

 

butter is bad. if you're going to cook it anything, use olive oil or vegetable oil. it makes a good substitute. not the same as butter, but that gives zero points.

 

italian dressing ((btw that chicken is amazing))- 2tbsp is 2 points, and 2tbsp of fat free is 1 point.

 

chicken (4oz)- 4 points

 

steak-okay this one's hard. it all depends on the type of cut. but 4oz can range from 5 points to 12 points.

 

A1 sauce- 1tbsp is 2 points

 

bbq sauce- ca'nt find it but prob the same as the A1.

 

and breadcrumbs just in case- 1/4cup=3 points
