But why it hurts today is 'cause i was trying to to a vault in gymclass, but didn't land standing so i twisted my knees. (; I also have in both, one of them is getting better though, so that's good. thanks my mom has the same exact problem, and our orthopedic told her that the only way to fix her problem is to have a hard core surgery where bones would have to be broken and moved and such. so i'm guessing its the same for me i hope both of yours get better!
