  1. Here is the performance of Ignorance from the show. It's been cut down slightly from the one on the full show but it's still good. I think this was a preview or something from the 4Music site since it appeared on Youtube a couple of weeks back.
  2. Since the album progesses from them all being angry at each other to all making up again I'd guess that they'd take a song from each of the perspectives Ignorance - everyone's angry, fighting, etc. Looking Up - speaks for itself, things are looking up Where The Lines Overlap - everyones happy Brick By Boring Brick/Turn It Off - one song that doesn't really have as much to do with the progression of the album. That's my idea even though I'd LOVE Careful to be a single. As for Hayley's comment on BBC Switch I'd guess the next single is Brick By Boring Brick. Hopefully they'll announce something soon even if we've got to wait till late October for it to be released and see the music video, etc.
  3. Damnit!! Just posted a thread on this then found this. Typical of me! Anyway, really liked it! Hayley's voice was a little hoarse but she still sounded brilliant. Loved a proper live recording of Where The Lines Overlap!! And about Jeremy's photographs... It was funny but I was a little creeped out at the same time.
  4. Crap! Just realised there is already a thread on this. Sorry!!
  5. Just happened to come across this last night. Missed the first five minutes of it but I'm guessing a lot of people missed it all since it was being shown at MIDNIGHT!! They played: Ignorance Decode (acoustic) CrushCrushCrush Where the Lines Overlap Along with talk of the new album and a random conversation about Jeremy's toilet photography (I'll say no more...) Looked at the schedule and it seems it isn't going to be shown again so, until it ends up on Youtube, here is the link although it may disappear when the page is updated with new episodes http://www.channel4.com/programmes/4music-favourites/4od#2971996 If that does happen then here is the popout player link which should stay for the next 29 days until the catch up service runs out. http://www.channel4.com/programmes/4music-favourites/4od/player/2971996 If these don't work (due to UK restrictions or something) then sorry, hopefully someone caught it and are able to put it on Youtube. Also, the popout player was being strange and only showing half the screen. This may have just been my computer acting up but if you're experiencing the same problem then blame Channel 4's On Demand service
  6. Careful - I completely loved the instrumental that leaked and was even more impressed with the vocals. Definetly a favourite. Ignorance - Loved this song since I heard the live versions from the No Doubt tour on Youtube. Still love it and this is probably my favourite Paramore song overall. Playing God - I expected this to be alot more upbeat but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm guessing the whole thing about Hayley screaming in this track was pretty over exagerrated. Brick By Boring Brick - Love! Love! Love! A really great song, that's all I can say. "Ba-da-ba-ba-da-ba-ba-ba" Turn It Off - I expected this to be quite a slow song and didn't think I'd like it as much as the upbeat faster songs but it's quite a chirpy song. Really like the chorus!! The Only Exception - Like my (wrong) expectations for Turn It Off I didn't think I'd like this as much as the others but it's ok although, compared to the rest, this is my least favourite BNE song. Feeling Sorry - The first line about living in the same town reminded me of "Teenagers" from the Jennifer's Body Soundtrack. I'm guessing I'm comparing it to the thing about sleeping 3 feet apart which made me think of it. Just thought I'd say that, even though it's pretty pointless. Don't know what else to comment on about this. I like it but I don't have many thoughts on it at the moment. Looking Up - At first I thought it was still Feeling Sorry I was listening to since the beginning is very similar. Again, I don't have many thoughts on this at the moment but I do like it. Where The Lines Overlap - After hearing the live No Doubt tour versions I didn't really like it but after listening to the studio version I love it!! Such an upbeat, happy song. Misguided Ghosts - Reviewers made a big deal of this and, although I do like it, I don't think it's a brilliant song. I'm sure it'll grow on me though. All I Wanted - Looking at some reviews from other people, they seem to love it. I really like it too but I don't think it is really that amazing.Another one that'll have to grow on me. Hayley's vocals are amazing by the way. Not just on this track but overall. She has quite a maturer voice in my opinion. Only one thing to do now, learn all the lyrics before the Glasgow show in Decemeber!! I'm pretty sure I'll have learned them all by the beginning of October though!
  7. awwww i won't get mine until monday at the earliest
  8. Had a little sneak peak at some of the songs on Youtube but I've decided to listen fully next week when it's released. Loved Careful so much that I downloaded that one. Only have 3 BNE songs on iTunes right now. Ignorance, BBBB and Careful. Bet you I will give in and download the full album before next week.
  9. Well done Paramore!! Bring on #1!! Or top 10 at least!
  10. I'm guessing that if I have seated tickets then the seats are allocated? I won't have to que early? Cause I've got school before the concert so I can't get there early.
  11. Misery Business got #4 1979 by Smashin Pumpkins got #3 Ignorance got #2 Jimmy Eat World got #1 It was a video set in a museum... Not sure of the name Missed the rest sorry
  12. Another quick question! Is there anything near the SECC like a shopping centre or something? I've only been once (I was about three and I went to see Barney ) and can't remember anything about it. That's the last time my parents were there too and my mum is taking me and a few friends through to the concert in December. She doesn't know her way around Glasgow and was going to get a ticket too buut didn't bother because she doesn't really like Paramore. So, she's going to be sitting in that car outside all night and I wondered whether there's anywhere nearyby she could go instead of just waiting around?
  13. Could only get seated for Glasgow gig as I wasn't aged for standing. It says over 14's but that doesn't include FOURTEEN year olds. Basically they should have said 15 and over are allowed standing. By the way, can someone clear up this talk about support acts? People are going on about Paper Route and things. Aren't You Me At Six the supporting act for the UK shows?
  14. Haha I saw this on Youtube and was just about to go here and post something about it then remembered it was leaked. Then realised it wasn't! Such and awesome song!! So make sure To build your house brick by boring brick Or the wolf's gonna blow it down ^^ Love the line ^^
  15. Thank god!! Thanks! Apologies for swearing
  16. WTF!! My mum phoned the SECC and was told tickets go on sale on Friday so I started making arrangments. Go on paramore.net and find that tickets went on sale today and have sold out!! What the fuck is going on!!
  17. I have a few questions. The Paramore gig in December will be my first and I need a bit of help! Where can I get tickets?!! Paramore.net says that fan club tickets go on sale today (Wednesday 9th September). I'm not in the fanclub so that don't matter. Then it says that the UK section pre sale tickets start on Thursday 10th. I'm in Scotland so will I be able to book them on Thursday or will i have to wait till the general sale opens on Friday? ALSO! I went onto Ticketmaster.co.uk and found this for a standing ticket. http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/event/17004328E61AA31E?artistid=950042&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=60 If you go to ONSALE DATES AND TIMES Onsale to General Public Start: Fri 11/09/09, 09:00 Start: Wed 09/09/09, 09:00 End: Fri 11/09/09, 08:00 See Less How can the ticket sale end on 11/09/09?? That's the day they open!! Best ticket to get - seated or standing?? I know everyone will be on their feet when the show starts but whats the best bet for seeing them. And I won't be able to get there really early to que and get right to the front of the stage. I'll post other questions up if I have any. Please help and feel free to post your own questions (preferably for the SECC gig since it's the title of the thread).
  18. Ok, just wanna ask, do you think that the gigs will sell out fast? And when the heck can I actually order tickets? The whole UK Thusday presale thing makes no sense. Will I be able to buy them on Thursday or at the general sale on Friday? And can you pre book?
  19. By the way, ticket prices?? Times?? And what is the pre-sale on the UK section of the site. Does that mean I can order them on Thursday cause I'm in the UK?
  20. OMG!!!!! I'VE GOT TO GOOOOOO!! :hyper::hyper::hyper:
  21. Well, hope everyone has a good time at the show tonight! Soooo wish I was going but oh well... Fingers crossed for a proper tour. There's been a lot of hints about it on the Live Lounge and Switch shows.
  22. Damn! Completely forgot they were going to be on yesterday too! I'm off to listen to it somewhere.
  23. That's weird. I've seen it loads of times. Mostly on MTV Two or Scuzz. In fact, I've seen it like three times today (I was off school and ended up watching music channels all day - including Paramore's MTV Live show from a couple of years back ).
