You claim this yet you don't capitalize the letters at the beginning of a sentence lol. Personally I couldn't care less if there was an age limit. They discourage some younger people joining, and the ones that are smart enough to say they are over 13, (and be able to act like it) should be okay anyway. I mean, under the right circumstance anything can be.
