Glad they've ditched Umbrella though but they've overlooked the best song(s) from the new album. And we never got Remembering Sunday. :( And we had plently of females who could have sung the part! Namely Hayley and Vicky from Cobra. Ohh and I'm sure there's a lassie in Meg & Dia as well. There was plently of birds to sing it, but nawwwwwwwwww. Didnae happen at Glasgow three days later either.

I actually quite agree with him. Both full lengths don't even compare to Put Up Or Shut Up in my opinion. But I do have to say I don't agree when he says that Weightless and Damned if I Do Ya are the best songs on the album. I'm actually sort of surprised with the singles off of NP so far. I don't think they've chosen the most hook laden songs off the album. I think that Lost In Stereo is just as single worthy as the other two.

That being said, I kind of find it hard to take this guy serious when it comes to All Time Low because he's wearing an Abercrombie and Fitch shirt.

I don't think it's a bad album, I just think it's too much of a sideways step. There wasn't really any advancement in any aspect really. There was some really gash lyrics ("i'm just like cellophane, cause she sees right through me"[sic] being one), nothing terribly exciting happening instrumentally and most songs lacked a sense of urgency. I don't think it's a co-incidence that the songs I really quite enjoy (Weightless, Keep the Change) have that urgency. Throw in the fact it sounds more like mainstream pop-rock than mainstream pop-punk, it just wasn't really what I'd hoped for.

I knew I wasn't going to get PUOSU mkII but I didn't think I'd get SWIR mkII either.
