Mainly because it shows life's ups and downs I guess... like how the song mood changes when the guitar solo kicks in. That's what I loved about GNR - the fact that they let the music paint a picture. And of course Guns N Roses are legends (the original line-up) and kids these days NEED to listen to their stuff... especially Appetite for Destruction.
