I agree. I understand why people may think that's what they are, but I've gotten marks on my arms from laying them on the corner of a desk/counter or having a hair band on my wrist. If they are cuts, I would think she would try to hide them a little more or do it in a place less noticeable. But it's speculation right now so no point in arguing.
