MSParafan1987
I watched it last night and I am so excited because I work at a movie theater and I have to clean up movies when they get out and most of the time the credits are still playing, so that means I get to clean to decode. It will make work just a little bit better.
Starlight
Aw, it doesn't play during the movie ?
basketcase
yeah that's what hayley said too. she said that i caught myself is in the actual movie though. i'll see for sure tonight
Starlight
But but but but ... Decode is much better than I caught myself, why don't they put Decode during the movie and I caught myself during the credits ?
basketcase
i agree with you. i don't know why they didn't put decode in the actual movie. there's a tendency that movies have to put the key track for the film in the credits. don't know why. Echelonforever
this is very disappointing.. :[
basketcase
yeah i agree. decode is lightyears ahead of i caught myself, in my opinion. maybe the studio or the editors thought that the track was more about twilight as a whole, and didn't fit into one specific scene, so they put it at the end to kind of sum the whole movie up. that's the only reason i can come up with
watchthesky
thats a good point it probably didn't fit in a specific scene so its like the 'summary' song or something as long as i hear it period it'll be good i'll let you guys know when they play i caught myself though since i finally get to see it in SIX HOURS /dies
MSParafan1987
Yeah i caught myself plays in a scene in the movie for about 30 seconds I think but it is in the background and you can barely hear it. Im not a twilight fan at all and have never read the books but it is a pretty good movie and im sure you twilight fans will love it.
Chriss
Haha, I, too, work at a movie theater, and when Hayley said "Decode" would be playing during the end credits, I was stoked for the same reason... I get to clean to it!! I'm going to see Twilight tomorrow morning to, hopefully, beat the crazy fans to it while they're at school. I'm not sitting next to fifteen girls who start crying when Edward Cullen walks on screen. lol
MSParafan1987
I know there are hardly ever any good songs playing during the credits and if it is a song that you don't like it makes things even worse cause you have to clean that movie a lot of times while it is there. Chriss
Like Madagascar 2? Haha, I think the worst was Over The Hedge's credit song. It was a Ben Folds song, and even though I think he's awesome, I hated that song! I'm not sure how much cleaning I'm going to get done... most of my time will just be spent rocking out to Decode on an amazing sound system, haha. x-Decode
i reckon decode should play in the whole fighting scene and it would be 'but my thoughts you cant decode' when james falls through the glass
Stephy
AH,. The movie doesn't come out till next month here! I'm not surprised its in the credits tbh, I couldn't figure out where they would slot it in Credit though? bummer, who stays for the credits! unless theirs bloopers or somethaang
ScoutyDean
Decode also plays during the credits of The Final Riot! Dvd. Not sure if this really matter to anyone though. lol
WayneFarro
i'm just excited about going to the cinema and hearing Paramore during a film...it would make more sense to have Decode during the film not over the credits though. anyway i still have to wait a few more weeks yet..think it's out here in 2 or 3 weeks time. I often find myself thinking, "Dude, what are you still doing here?? Leave so I can clean the theater!" Sometimes I wish I could say it rather than just think it. herewegoagain**
But but but but ... Decode is much better than I caught myself, why don't they put Decode during the movie and I caught myself during the credits ? Maybe Decode would seem out of place in the movie, I haven't seen this yet, though I probably will watch this with my girlfriend tonight
Starlight
Well, the good point is that we'll hear the full song since It's in the credits ... It's already better than a 30 sec clip.

basketcase
just a heads up to anyone that hasn't seen it yet---- decode isn't even the first song that plays in the credits. linkin park is before it, and decode doesn't start playing until the beginning, graphic credits are over and its just the black screen with names. i was a bit enraged for a second, but i waited it out and it played. EasyTarget
Main soundtracks are almost never in actual movies. At least we got an offical video for Decode!
basketcase
yeah, that's true. i was just surprised when i didn't hear it right when the real credits started playing. but it was all good, so no worries. i caught myself didn't get much play though
