Hiroki
They will still make music they just whinge on about the albums leaking everytime it happens. Besides they make most of their money from the live shows. Btw new album = shit. What happened to the good Muse?
kwik-silva
Besides they make most of their money from the live shows. That's exactly what I tried to tell him! But I must admit to liking the first half of the album, don't like the second half as much.. but it's not bad

But I must admit to liking the first half of the album, don't like the second half as much.. but it's not bad I dunno I just can't get into it at all. I feel like i'm listening to a Greenday or a My Chemical Romance album.. It just feels like the record company has had too much say in the direction and feel of the album, you know? kwik-silva
Yeah... I've never been somebody who worships them, but I can see myself listening to this, and I think it's a step up from Black Holes..
Hiroki
Oh it's better than Black Holes I will give it that

kwik-silva
Well, we both think it's better than that, but it's muse, so everybody's going to have different opinions

Wiking
Ah didn't see your post just above me Lee, a bit to quick there. Well that is always something, although I will admit that it is the perfect album just before bedtime
Starlight
I'm not too fond of the new album neither. I don't feel that they're putting as much energy in it than in the other albums. But oh well, their old music stays, and they're always so good live. Muse stays Muse. But I love, love, Uprising !!!
G3vans
It looks like Matt Bellamy is believing his own hype too much. Hate to say it because Muse are my favorite band, but the new album is simply average. OOS>Absolution>Showbiz>>>>>>>>>>>>The Resistance>BHAR Still a couple of good songs, unnatural selection and Resistance sound decent, but the album as a whole disappoints. Ah well, still can't wait to see them in November; they are still one of, if not the best live band in the world.
Andrew
I've only listened to half of it, and it felt like a whole album so that was a bad thing I'd describe it as "half-decent"
DanceToThisBeat
OOS>Absolution>Showbiz>>>>>>>>>>>>The Resistance>BHAR I totally agree with that.

Roxkox
i used to hate them (i really couldnt stand whatever-song-was-used-in-twilight. i mean, i can't remember the name, but i know i used to have it stucked in my head, duh) but i really like their new single. i might give them a chance... my friend is big fan so eventually i will listen to 'the resistance' anyway ^^"

G3vans
The 3 part symphony at the end of the album is very good. Different, but must have taken Matt ages to get right. Feels a bit out of place on the album, because it's actually epic. I still like Resistance/MK Ultra/Unnatural Selection, and Guiding Light/I belong to you are shockingly bad. Starlight
If you want to give at shot at Muse, I'd rather recommend you their older albums rather than The Resistance.
