They sell this stuff at the water park for 3-4$ just for a small cup D: yeah that's dippin dots you're thinking of. it is pretty expensive, which is why i hadn't had it in years until a couple months ago, and i got it at a water-/ theme park, too. i've never had Dibs, but i think it's like ice cream but covered with chocolate? so it doesn't melt on you! and they're like bite-size, come in packages. i dunno, i just remember seeing commercials for them.
