steesh Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 I don't know what I am because i don't believe that there has ever been a messiah but i do believe that everything happens for a reason and some thing has to control it so i sorta believe in God but not sure. I also think that when it's your time to go it's your time to there nothing to do about it so live for the moment. clowdiaa Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 i honestly dont know....as long as people keep religion private, i dont mind... i believe in God, or a higher power, but my somewhat logical explanation of God is this: the ancient greeks didnt know why the sun went up/down: zeus there is wind: Aeolus why we sleep: Hypnos and so on and so forth. science has proved why those things happen. and those gods became myths. so maybe one day, not in my lifetime but in a friggin long time, we will answer all the questions that God answers. indabisofmisery Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 i'm catholic. i haven't been to church in years, and i think thats part of the reason why i've started to have some doubts, but overall i believe that if there weren't a God, people couldn't function so perfectly. not to say anyone is perfect, because nobody is, but i think there is some literal meaning to "God given talent."
