It was introduced in Cali, and not only is it now illegal to get married, but any gay marriage that took place before it is now no longer a marriage, and has been canceled! (including the ledgend ellen and her now "EX-wife" portia!) In some places gay ""civil partnerships" not marriages are legal, but they don't have any of the same rights as a married couple (wills, adopting kids, and tonnes of legal stuff) It's actualy terrible!
