Bush has nothing on the presidents from the gilded age. Back in the early 1900's 1/8 of the worlds population has 7/8 of the worlds money. The presidents were power hungry and didn't give a damn about the people. Bush made a few mistakes yes but he is nowhere near the worst president. He has made some mistakes, but anyone who got president during the first election would be getting the blame right now, not bush. So technically, not all of it is his fault. Nothing he could do could've prevented it.
