Jimmy Eat World/Paramore Tour Dates

They're playing different markets this time and my guess is that it's intentional - they've played a lot of shows in the past year in the big cities - this is probably an attempt to branch out and play shows in new locations and for new fans that may not have gotten to see them before.

Also, when the tour calls for arenas that are 3k-7k in size (which is definitely the right size for a tour featuring these two bands), sometimes you have to venture off the beaten path a bit.

And most of these locations are driving distance away from major cities, so people can travel...

The one date listed on Ticketmaster so far (the Dayton, OH date) has tickets at $28 which seems very reasonable.

Dear and the Headlights has been reported as the opener. I think they're going to be the only one.

I think Paramore and Jimmy Eat World will play sets of the same length - probably an hour or a bit more like the RIOT! tour.

To answer another previous question as to how to meet the band - it depends. As they've gotten a lot bigger, it's gotten harder for them to come out after shows without being mobbed, but they still do it from time to time. Your best bet is to get meet & greets by buying tickets through the fanclub presale, assuming they do that again.

wtfrig. fortunately the Atlantic City date is on a Friday, so MAYBE i can convince my dad to bring me to AC again. i've only gone that far for a concert once before, and that was a solid 2 years ago. this is what pisses me off about not driving yet, but that's because i don't want to pay for gas or insurance, so i guess that's what i get. but still, just flippin...rarrrrgh. MAYBE it will happen. maybe.

on a good note, Ninja Warrior is on right now and i love this show.

This pisses me off to be honest. No Vegas date but they're playing POCATELLO? I might go spend a weekend with my Grandma and head down to that show if possible.

Haha I know! The closest chance I have is the Pocatello show and thats like 4 or 5 hours away from where I live

Dear North Carolina, WHY ARN'T YOU ON THE LIST!! Besides, Warped this past summer, they haven't been here since 2006! I know I already said that but I want Paramore here. I don't even care if it's with JEW or not, just North Carolina! As long as it isn't Wilmington because thats more than 3 hours away from where I live in the state. Hmmm, unless its during spring break and we can go to the beach... who knows.

Perhaps they're going to do dates in the South on Warped this year? That would be my guess considering this tour has no Southern dates.
