Also he will let the Bush tax cuts run out a in 2010. Therefore in 2010 EVERYONES TAXES WILL GO UP (except for those not paying taxes who will get a big check on april 15th). McCains Tax Plan: Now I will say this is the classic republican tactic here (not just Bush economics but the policies of about every republican in past 100 years). He won't raise taxes on anybody and will reinstate the Bush tax cuts in 2010. He will lower capital gains and corporate taxes. This may sound like the rich are getting richer but in reality if corporations have money , they will expand and thus create new jobs.
